Barbecued Rice

Ingredients:
    
    2 cups uncooked Riceland Gold Perfected Rice
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 diced green bell pepper
    1 can (14.5 oz.) tomatoes & green chilies
    8 green onions, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. barbecue spice rub

Directions:

    Combine ingredients in aluminum drip pan and seal tightly with foil. Place on center oven rack and cook at 350F until rice is done and liquid is absorbed, about 40 minutes. Also, all ingredients may be mixed together and cooked in a rice cooker or on the stovetop over medium heat. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
