French Toast

    IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX 12 EGGS, 1 TEASPOON VANILLA, 1/2 CUP CINNAMON. DIP EACH PIECE OF BREAD IN BATTER, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. SPRINKLE WHITE POWDERED SUGAR OVER THE TOP. THE KIDS LOVE THIS FRENCH TOAST. I'VE BEEN MAKING IT FOR YEARS.
