Granny's Chiles Relleno Bake

Ingredients, Recipe & Directions
5 (4 oz ) cans whole green chilies
1 pound sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cups Kraft grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs , beaten
1/4 Cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 Cup milk
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp salt
1 Cup Kraft  Monterey jack cheese

    Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 13 X 9 casserole dish. Remove seeds from Chiles. Fry meat with onion. Lay 1/2 the chilies in bottom of pan, spoon all meat mixture over chilies, put 3 cups grated cheddar cheese over meat, put rest of chilies over cheese.
    WHISK together:

4 eggs
1/4 C flour
1 1/2 C milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Tabasco

    Pour onto cheese and chilies, spread Monterey Jack cheese on top, cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Take out and remove cover.. bake additional 15 minutes or until light brown!
