Taco Soup

2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 cans dark red kidney beans (drained)
2 cans corn (drained)
2 cans Rotel
2 small cans tomato paste
1 large can tomato juice
2 pkgs. taco seasoning


    1. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
    2. Add rest of ingredients.
    3. Cover and simmer 1 hour.

Serving Instructions:

    Serve over Fritos... garnish with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions, black olives, guacamole, jalapenos.
