Recipe of the Week: July 30 - August 5, 2001

Vinegar and Herb Dressing

1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    Use a jar with a tight fitting lid and combine all ingredients.
    Shake well until well mixed.
