Mama's Clam Chowder

Ingredients:
    
    2 cans Cream of Potato soup
    2 cans Cream of Celery soup
    1 can Campbell's, condensed Clam Chowder
    1 can diced new potatoes ( drain 1/2 the juice out)
    1 can minced clams ( drain 1/2 the juice)
    1 stick Butter ( not margarine)
    1 pint half & half.

Directions:

    Mix all together in crock pot. Cook on low 4 hours, stir occasionally.
