Recipe of the Week: February 26 - March 4, 2001


Tartar Sauce
Ingredients:

1 cup mayonaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium sweet pickle
1/4 small onion
1 hard cooked egg, quartered
1 teaspoon chipped chives

Directions:

    Put ingredients in blender container and blend until chopped.
    Chill and serve with fish.
