Policies & Procedures

Enrollment is for a reserved space in a reserved time; therefore, no refunds will be given for any reason. Classes are offered on a monthly basis. By registering you will be assured of a position in one of our classes. To maintain that position you need only to make your monthly payments on time.

We offer creative movement classes for our youngest students ages 2 1/2 to 4 years of age. They must be potty-trained, be able to follow basic directions and say good-bye to mom and dad at the dance room door. We offer all levels of classes in tap, jazz, ballet, clogging & hip hop.

All of our Classes are Combination Classes. (tap, jazz & ballet) (taking these three styles of dance will develop a well rounded dancer.) TUITION: Class tuition is $60 monthly, or may be paid by the semester. Registration fee for all students is $25.00. $5.00 Family Discount per child.

If you are interested in an additional clogging class, please see Clogging Class Policies & Procedures for additional information. For Students with 2 years of dance, 6 yrs old and up.

Tuition is based on a 9 month school calendar beginning in September and finishing with our spring recital the end of May. It is important to understand that tuition is not based on a four class per month rate, as some months may fluctuate; instead, tuition is based on the annual cost divided into 9 months.

Class fees are non-refundable. Accounts are kept under the name of the student; therefore, PLEASE put your child’s name at the bottom of your check for proper credit.

Returned checks will be handled by CheckLaw Recovery. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged when payment is past the 15th of the month.

There are no discounts for missed classes. Students missing 3 consecutive classes may be moved back to a lower level class. This policy is made so those that attend are not penalized by those who are absent.

The monthly fee will not change even for the months containing Christmas and other holidays. The Studio will be closed for Labor Day, Fall Break, Halloween Oct 31st, the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas Break and Spring Break . We will NOT be closed for Teacher Professional Development & Parent /Teacher Conference days.

Checks should be made payable to Judi King. September’s tuition and the registration fee is due on the day of registration. Any class with less than six (6) students will be canceled. Full payment is due on or before the first week of the month. We must be notified before the first lesson of the month if a student has dropped; otherwise, full payment is due. Payments may be made by automatic draft (to be drafted on the 7th of the month) or by mailing a check to: 1600 Hwy 336 West, Clinton, AR 72031. No monthly statements will be sent.

A recital fee is due for each student planning to be in the recital. The Price includes the costume and is payable in one non-refundable payment to be paid by November 1st. The total recital fee is determined by the cost of the costumes and varies each year. If you take more than one class a week there is an additional charge for costumes. All costumes are non-refundable.
